Welcome to Class 2's Information Page

What you will need at school?

PE kits in on Tuesdays and Fridays. They can stay in school for the whole of the half term unless they get really muddy!

If you have earrings, can you please make sure these are taken out on Tuesdays and  Fridays for PE. If not, I cannot take these out for you, so this will have to be done independently.

You are welcome to bring in a pencil case in, please make sure these can be fitted in your tray in school.

Sunhats when it is sunny for PE and break times.

Raincoats for when it is rainy.

Can you please also make sure your red reading folder is in every day, with your home school record and reading books in. You will read with either me or Evie once a week, however when reading at home, please make sure an adult writes this in your home school record.

Homework

Everyone in class will get weekly homework, which is always set on a Friday and due in the following Friday. The homework task(s) will be stuck in your home school record book.

Homework will usually include:

Purple mash spelling test

ActiveLearn maths game linked to what we have been learning about in school.

Some weeks there will be a longer writing task to complete.

Homework is designed to be things that you can do independently –however if you need help from an adult that is fine!

I do expect homework to be done in Class 2, so if homework is not handed in on a Friday, you will be expected to do this in your break time. However, if you have any problems with homework (logging in etc) then please let me know before Friday.
